Update Rules for Public Parks - YES

We voted to update rules for public conduct in our parks, as this section of our municipal code was outdated and hadn't been look at in decades. Key provisions include setting park hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; prohibiting bikes and e bikes on the grass to prevent damage to our playing fields; outlining parental responsibility for their kids; and clearer rules for the Town Park Skate Park. The update also removes references to fireworks and firearms, as these prohibitions are already covered under other sections of the municipal code, and I don't like redundant laws!

I am confident that these new, simpler park rules will create a pleasant and safe park experience for all our residents and visitors.
