Renew Sewer Lateral Grant Program - YES

In 2019, we created the Private Sewer Lateral Grant Pilot Program which provides up to $1,500 to residents when they are required to repair their sewer lateral, because we know this is a significant cost that residents aren't always prepared to absorb. The program has been a huge success, helping more than 1,600 Corte Madera homeowners repair their private sewer laterals (a significant portion of the 6,000 that will ultimately need to be repaired!) After hearing overwhelming positive feedback from residents, we voted to make the program permanent. Hurray!
