Award $3M Contract for Casa Buena Revamp - YES

We voted to approve awarding a construction contract to Ghilotti Construction Company, Inc. for the Casa Buena Complete Streets Project. This $2.74 million project will enhance pedestrian and bicycle safety along Casa Buena Drive, improving sidewalks, bike lanes, and road conditions. With a 10% contingency, the total approved budget is $3 million. This project supports the town’s infrastructure and sustainability goals, aligning with Corte Madera’s commitment to safer and more accessible streets. Casa Buena residents have waited a long time to have their street repaved, and I'm so glad it's finally happening!
