Accept Completion of New Town Park Bathrooms - YES

We voted to authorize the Public Works Director to finalize and record the Notice of Completion for the Town Park Restroom Project. This project involved installing a prefabricated public restroom in Town Park to improve community amenities. With construction now complete and all contractual obligations met, the Council approved releasing the final payment of $25K to the contractor, Public Restroom Company, Inc. making the total cost of the restroom project $675K.
