The Paramedic Tax has been a critical source of revenue for our first responders that has allowed Corte Madera to maintain uniquely exceptional paramedic service. I voted to place a referendum on the ballot to extend the Paramedic Tax for another four years, in order to maintain our level of service and public safety.
Note: in the subsequent referendum, voters overwhelmingly chose to extend the Paramedic Tax.
