Sign the Diesel Free By '33 Initiative - YES

I voted for Corte Madera to become a signatory to the Diesel Free By '33 Initiative, which sets a goal of reducing diesel use to zero by the year 2033. Diesel is a pernicious source not just of greenhouse gasses but also other toxic pollutants with extremely detrimental effects on human health. I believe it's important for us to eliminate the use of fossil fuels as soon as possible, and this initiative is a great step in that direction.
